By muting email notifications, you are stopping the emails from being sent when an alert is triggered but the alert still remains active in your account and your insight will continue to display the daily alert if it’s triggered. To stop email notifications you can do one of the following:
- Click on the “Manage Alert Notifications” link in the alert email and you’ll be able to mute the emails directly from your Dasheroo account
2. Edit the alert directly from within Dasheroo either from the main navigation icon or from the insight directly
NOTE: Muting the email notifications will stop them for all users within your organization. In the future we’ll allow you to manage your alert notification preference in a more granular fashion but for right now the emails are either “on” or “off.”
