Engagement Rate = (repins + likes + comments) ÷ total number of Pins
This insight helps you look at engagement rate at a per board basis instead of across all your boards in Pinterest. This is a great way to identify which boards are performing well and which ones are stale and not picking up any likes, repins or comments. This will help you focus your efforts on the better performing boards, grow your audience, direct more visits to your site, and ultimately increasing conversion. Choose up to 5 boards to track.
Make sure you track your Top Referrers from our Google Analytics insight and identify where most of your referral traffic is coming from. If Pinterest is a big contributor to your referral traffic, you know it is worthwhile to focus some time and energy there.
