Help, I can't connect a second account.

Dasheroo was designed to connect as many Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts as you like, given you have the proper login access and admin rights to those accounts.

However, it is often the case, and a function of your browser, that you may already be logged into an account, and when you try to connect a second it fails.

Here's how to get around that: (we'll use Facebook as our example)
You'll only have to go through this one time - on the initial account connection.

First, log out of the offending app in your browser.

Then return to Dasheroo and select 'Add Account' from the Configure Insight panel.

 

You will then be able to log into and connect a different Facebook account.

You can follow the same steps for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social account you may have trouble connecting.
