Can I exclude Test emails in Emma from my insights?

Yes, you can. Emma is different from the other email marketing providers in the way they handle test emails. Test emails in Emma are treated like live email campaigns. So when we query a user's recent messages , we get the test emails too. The responses to test emails are also included in the overall stats like open rate, click rate, bounce rate etc. 

Dasheroo helps you to either include or exclude your test emails from the insights. If you do not want to view test emails in your recent emails or engagement insight etc, choose the settings panel in the insight and uncheck the option that says "Include test emails". The insights will then refresh to provide stats that excludes Emma's test emails. By default your Emma test emails are included in all the Emma insights.
