I click Add Account or Connect, but nothing happens

Connecting a Dasheroo Insight to an app or provider will always require some type of authentication to take place.  This authentication often happens in a popup window, where you can login to the connecting app using your account credentials. 

Using a popup or ad blocker on your browser can often disrupt the process, resulting in the blockage of that authentication screen and inability to connect. 

Please disable any popup blockers during the app authentication process.
