Why are there delays in the data for some of my Yext insights?

Unfortunately this is an issue that we don't have control over as the data provided by Yext can often be delayed. Here's a quick summary of the issue from Yext directly:

"Analytics are always backdated by about one to two weeks. This is because we don’t display the information until we’ve received it from every partner. We always work with our publishers to get these as fast as possible. You’ll see the delay fluctuate from time to time."

Rest assured, we'll update your dashboards just as soon as we receive new data so your insights will always be as current as the data that you see natively within Yext. If you have any additional questions just let us know.
