What is the “Failed Transactions” insight?

This insight provides a list of recent transactions that failed along with reasons why.

Dasheroo Tip : You don't want to have any failed transactions, but they do happen in a subscription business. If transactions failed because of a declined card, send an email notification to your customers notifying the same and provide a link to update their credit card info within your application. If you can, programmatically find out credit cards that near expiration, be proactive and send your customers an email asking them to update their credit card info.
